New housing, mortgage and auto loans
NLB Tutunska Bank introduced a new housing, mortgage and auto loans with euro clause and lower interest rates on existing home loans for individuals.
The mortgages are with 6.9% fixed interest rate for the first three years of repayment, while the rest period, interest is variable and currently amounts to 8.5 percent, the bank said.
The interest rate for the housing loans with foreign currency by a third is 5.9%.
The bank reduced the existing interest rates for home loans by 0.5 percent approved from April 1st to October 31st.
