Agrokor purchased land to build distribution centre in Strumica

Agrokor will pay 57 thousand euros in annual lease via the company registered in Macedonia, Agrofruktus Valandovo. The company will lease nearly 53 thousand square meters.
In three years, the company is obliged to build a market or a warehouse distribution centre to calibrate vegetables and agricultural chemist.
Agrokor will have to pay the money 15 days and than the government will sign a long-term contract of 99 years.
Once, Agrokor estimated the investments at around 40 million euros from the €200 million previously announced. The facility should be equipped with refrigerator and packing machines.
Agrokor is one of the largest companies in Croatia, the owner of the chain of supermarkets Konzum, it posses large areas in agricultural lands, mills and factories in the food industry.
